And all of this in an agile development environment!
You can only excel and achieve more in a good working environment. Here, everyone makes a significant contribution to our common goals. You get support where you need it, and we work hand in hand. That is why we value respectful interaction, a culture of learning from mistakes, and openness and fairness. The result? A strong and successful team.
With us, you have the flexibility you need for yourself and your work. Together with your team, you decide when and where meetings are held and when you want to meet in the office.
We want you to be able to combine your private and work life in an uncomplicated and family-friendly way, which is why we also work on the basis of flexible working hours. Together as a team, you decide when and where the meetings take place.
Through individual arrangements, we can help you find your personal balance between work and private life. We will discuss your wishes and life situation together and find a suitable solution with you.
The ultimate goal of our projects is to develop the perfect software product for our customers. To ensure this, a variety of skills and roles are used in the project. Depending on the skills required, a product team may consist of several software developers, UX designers, a solution architect, a scrum master and a technical product owner who acts as a counterpart to the customer's PO. Delivery Management is responsible for project organisation and stakeholder management.
From time to time, we visit our customers on site. This always happens as a team and can be the case from initial personal meetings to individual workshops or sprint changes. Since our customers are usually commuting by day, you'll be back home in the evening. However, much of the day-to-day project business and collaboration is now done remotely and therefore requires no on-site work.
With us, you work in self-organized, interdisciplinary project teams and closely with customers. Joint brainstorming, daily exchange and discussions are important components of our project success. Each individual team member forms the collaboration and makes a significant contribution to the success of the project. We pull together.
Every day, our customers face the challenges of a rapidly changing marketplace. Our expertise lies in responding flexibly to changing conditions to deliver not only the right product for our customers, but also the right product for the end user.
We do this by using agile methods. These encourage collaboration and regular coordination between you and your team members and stakeholders to ensure that everyone has a common understanding of the product and project goals. By uncovering and removing potential ambiguities, you as a team can work faster and more effectively to satisfy both our customers and their users.
Our collaborative planning with the customer places a strong emphasis on adaptability. Plans are iteratively reviewed, detailed and adjusted - always with an eye on the market.
Your focus will be on a project. Our projects typically last from 6 months to 2 years, but there are also long-term projects. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the specification, architecture, development and testing of applications.
In short: Your expertise will be instrumental in turning an idea into great software.
Your ideas and knowledge are needed right from the start. In your role as a UX/UI Designer, you will ensure that the software is tailored to the needs of the user. With us, you can take responsibility for the UX of a project as a whole. As an integral part of the product team, you will be involved from day one and support the product through to delivery. You will work closely with product owners, software developers, customer technical experts and end users.
In short: You are responsible for turning the software into a solution. You bring your designs to life using common prototyping tools.
In your role, you will lead and supervise one or more development teams, depending on their size. You will guide and help the team to effectively use the methods and practices of the Scrum framework. With your agile mindset, you will ensure the smooth running of the project and support the team in their daily work. You will model agile values and coach your teams in self-organisation and cross-functional teamwork.
In short: You will ensure the project runs smoothly and support the development teams — all with an agile mindset.
As a Product Owner, you will take on a responsible position within our project organisation. You will work closely with customers, Scrum Masters and the development team. Together with the customer, you will develop a product vision and drive issues such as roadmap and release management. You will also be responsible for requirements engineering.
In short: You provide holistic advice to our customers and make the project a success.
Together, we move mid-market and enterprise businesses and help them grow in the digital age. We support our clients from scratch to finish: From requirements definition to UX design to software development - holistically and individually. This is what makes our project business so exciting and varied. And with every new project, you can develop professionally and personally, take on responsibility, share your knowledge or benefit from the knowledge of your colleagues.
We work in a wide range of industries, including: mechanical and plant engineering, construction and construction suppliers, manufacturing, consulting and services.
We place particular emphasis on a modern technology stack based on sustainable software development using .NET. So every project has the right technology for you to work with.
You will receive your basic Clean Code Developer training from our experienced in-house Clean Code trainers Thomas, Felix and Thomas, who have been personally trained by Clean Code mastermind Stefan Lieser. They will teach you the value system and associated principles and practices of the Clean Code Development Initiative right from the start. You will continuously learn how to develop clean code and apply the practices and mindset in your everyday life.
We invest in your skills. Our aim is to support and develop your individual professional and personal skills. We also believe that successful knowledge transfer within the team plays a very important role. This is why we have set up the generic.de academy as an internal training facility. In addition to internal training, you also have the opportunity to attend external events. Whether it's a specialist conference such as BASTA or webinars where you can focus on specific topics or complete a certification. Together with your manager, you can continue your development.

It's actually obvious when a digitization professional has his hands on it.
We can be reached by public transport, including about 10 minutes of fresh air.
