Challenge & solution
The task was to replace manually generated management reports with a customised, web-based software solution for all business areas. At the touch of a button, the customised solution aggregates and analyses raw data from different parts of the business, giving users access to all relevant KPIs with different visualisation options and commentary. Users can filter the data according to their own requirements and drill down to individual cost centres for further analysis. The bespoke software solution has been implemented at over 100 sites, across all hierarchical levels, globally and across the group.
