In order to identify the skills required in the future from a business perspective in such complex digitization and transformation programs, to clearly structure the target image and to plan implementation, GP+S uses the method of capability mapping. Capability maps visualize the most important capabilities and their level of maturity in a uniform format and show the overall context.
