Spannende Aufgaben:

Im Sinne des Servant-Leader-Gedankens führst und betreust Du unsere Entwickler:innenteams und begleitest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess.
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Scrum-Prozess und organisierst und moderierst anfallende Scrum-Events.
Du lebst agile Werte vor und coachst Deine Teams hinsichtlich Selbstorganisation und agiles Teamwork.
Du übernimmst die soziale Führung Deiner Teammitglieder:innen und bist Vertrauensperson sowie erste:r Ansprechpartner:in.
Du gestaltest die agilen Prinzipien und Methoden bei generic.de aktiv mit.

Beste Voraussetzungen:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für die Softwareentwicklung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem agilen Umfeld.
Du hast eine Zertifizierung zum Scrum Master sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Ausübung dieser Tätigkeit.
Mit Deiner Empathie kannst Du Teams begeistern, inspirieren und weiterentwickeln.
Du besitzt eine hohe und vielfältige Methodenkompetenz im agilen Umfeld.
Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
